Use this address for product support, privacy requests (including under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, GDPR/UK GDPR, and other laws that apply to you), erasure of a waitlist email, and general legal correspondence. For app data deletion, the fastest path is usually Settings → Delete all my thoughts in the app.
What to include
- Support — what you were doing, device/OS if relevant, and a short description of the issue
- Privacy — the right you want to exercise (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, etc.), your country or region if helpful, and enough detail for us to find the record (for waitlist: the email you used; for app data, any identifiers you still have)
- Illegal content — a link or identifier for the content, why it is illegal under the law you rely on, and your contact details for follow-up
Illegal content (worldwide)
Anyone may report illegal content via the in-app report flow (illegal-content path) or by emailing contact@unbehav.com. Ordinary community reports for harassment, spam, and similar issues use the standard report action on each piece of content.
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
For privacy matters under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), email contact@unbehav.com. You may also have the right to contact the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) regarding complaints under Saudi law. Product support and legal notices for the service use the same address.
European Union — Digital Services Act
Contact point for users (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Art. 12) and for authorities (Art. 11): contact@unbehav.com
Illegal-content notices for DSA purposes may use the same in-app illegal-content path or email above. If UNBEHAV is required to designate an EU legal representative under Art. 13, that representative’s name and contact details will be published on this page.
